Puggles School of Early Learning Gunnedah will ensure excellence in early education, we will strive to create a culturally rich environment of engagement and belonging. Children will feel respected, safe, and secure and their happiness is paramount

To develop sense of agency, belonging, independence, identities, confidence, opinions, and ideas, encouraged the use of self-help, social, language, developmental areas, dignity, consent, interests, goals, to have the confidence to investigate and explore their surroundings, extending the knowledge of the world around them

Our relationships are respectful, mutual, and reciprocal and are built on trust, authenticity, and ethical behaviour. We welcome and support families, forming a culture rich environment, through communication, with invitation for contribution and involvement We build and extend partnerships and connections to the community; children gain a sense of belonging by becoming contributing members.

We are driven by the passionate pursuit of excellence in early childhood education, we lead by example drawing on the early years learning framework and our knowledge to help shape the quality curriculum. We have the courage to pursue bold visions for the future. We are committed to ongoing professional development; we collaborate and are continuously exploring news ideas and concepts. We embrace and advocate for, and invest in the rights of all children to access and actively participate in our programs and have a sense of truly belonging
