KOALA 0-12 months
Nurturing children from as early as six weeks of age, we focus on encouraging babies and young children to develop their natural desire and abilities for inquiry, curiosity and creativity.
JOEY 12-18 months
Many of the seemingly small moments in a baby’s day are actually significant milestones in the learning journey. And our teams are educated in identifying and fostering these early moments of learning, to help your baby grow in so many ways, every day.
ECHIDNA 18-24 months
Testing their power in the world and wanting to do things by themselves is an important step in developing the confidence and independence that are key for becoming lifelong learners. Our Teachers and Educators are skilled at supporting children to contribute to real tasks
PLATYPUS 2-3 years
At this age, children are able to use language to ask questions and communicate their thoughts and ideas, while also listening and responding to others.
As projects form and deeper thinking start to occur, children are given the opportunity to use art to develop their thinking and ideas. For example, they may draw their plans and ideas for a fort before building it.
To support this natural desire to communicate, our Teachers and Educators encourage children in a number of ways – formally and informally
KOOKABURRA 3-4 years
We have designed a learning environment that responds to their needs in a changing world. Our preschool programs provide an environment of safety and security that enables children to explore and understand their world. It’s where they develop the foundational literacy and numeracy skills to thrive.
EMU 4-5 years
The school readiness program has been fundamentally sourced and adapted from the ethos of NSW Education Department Curriculum and Syllabus- The Early Stage 1 – Kindergarten. The school readiness program will assist children in being prepared for school but does not take out the “fun” in learning. Learning should still be fun and interactive for all children.
